Led by scholar–practitioners with strong academic grounding and real-world industry experience, SPL explores contemporary workplace challenges and translates research into practical insights, frameworks, and executive learning relevant to regional and organizational contexts.

The intellectual assets produced by the Lab advance Greater Workplace Performance by connecting rigorous research with meaningful real-world application in regional contexts. The Lab operates across two spaces: Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Distribution.

The Lab provides a Scholar–Practitioner Space where Research & Insight meets Practice & Experience, enabling Organizational Intervention for Greater Workplace Performance.
